Honeywell Advanced R&D Portfolio Analyst - Corporate in Charlotte, North Carolina
As an Advanced R&D Portfolio Analyst, you will be at the forefront of driving R&D transformation and shaping the future of our organization. You will play a key role in managing projects related to footprint management, skills management, and other strategic initiatives.
With your visionary mindset and exceptional storytelling capabilities through data, you will drive innovation and enable data-driven decision-making. You will report directly to our Vice President R&D Transformation. In this role, you will have a direct impact on the success of our R&D projects and contribute to the overall growth and transformation of our organization. Your expertise in analytics and PowerPoint will be instrumental in driving efficiency, optimizing resources, and delivering impactful presentations to stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee strategic R&D initiatives related to new product introductions, R&D spend, footprint management, skills management, and other
Utilize analytics to drive data-driven decision-making and provide insights to stakeholders
Develop and deliver impactful presentations using PowerPoint to effectively communicate project updates and outcomes
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of projects
Drive innovation and continuous improvement in R&D processes and practices.
YOU MUST HAVE
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering, or mathematics
5+ years of experience with a proven track record of effectively communicating strategic insights and key takeaways to senior leadership, facilitating informed decision-making, and demonstrated ability to leverage data visualization tools to enhance project evaluation and drive organizational performance
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
