Job Title: Traveling Superintendent

Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Superintendent to join our team on a salary basis for a multifamily project starting in mid-July in West Virginia. As the Superintendent, you will be responsible for managing subcontractors across multiple scopes on exterior renovation projects, including our proprietary waterproofing techniques that you will be trained on. The project is expected to run until the end of the year, with future opportunities across multiple states. Your ability to oversee multiple scopes and maintain or improve margins will directly impact your yearly bonus, earned on a per-project basis.

Must Haves:

• Ability to travel for 2 weeks consecutively

• 3+ years as a Superintendent on Multifamily Exterior projects

• 3+ year's experience roofing with install techniques of asphalt shingles, metal roofing

• 3+ year's experience installing siding, water proofing systems, flashing, water mitigation

• Must have experience with Fiber cement and Vinyl lap types of siding

• 3+ year's experience with installing Balconies and Decks

• Osha 10

• Ability to read drawings and blueprints

• Basic knowledge of Type V and III wood framed buildings, MEP building Systems

Work Site

This is a traveling superintendent position

Work Environment

Expect to work Monday - Friday on site, with potential for extended hours from sun up to sun down if behind schedule. Travel is a key part of the role, as our company's geographic footprint extends from MI to FL, IA to NC.
