Ford Motor Company Digital Servicing Strategy Product Manager in Charleston, West Virginia

What you'll do...

  • Create and own the product vision for Ford Credit digital servicing.

  • Develop strategies to build/improve digital features that will transform customer experience while improving operational efficiency.

  • Establishing metrics/dashboard to show impacts of any newly created/improved features.

  • Partner with teams across Ford Credit to understand how various customer needs are met via phone, mail and digital channels.

  • Work across the organization to align and drive product adoption with partners

  • Bridge gaps between traditional experiences and online experiences.

  • Partner closely with Engineering, UX, and other cross functional teams to create, drive, and deliver an innovative, compelling, and user-friendly experience to our customers.

You'll have...

  • 5+ years of Product Management experience managing and delivering best in class experiences

  • Expertise in delivering product(s) in matrix organization

  • Track record of contributions to innovative, successful products and UI Platforms.
