We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a Systems Administrator in Charleston, South Carolina. As a Systems Administrator, you will be tasked with a wide range of responsibilities, including server maintenance, network management, and system troubleshooting.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular server maintenance tasks, incorporating hardware, software, and firmware updates.

• Manage and ensure effective use of backup software, implementing recovery processes as required.

• Oversee the operation of network devices such as printers, copiers, scanners, and plotters, and manage print servers.

• Collaborate with System Admin II in the administration of Windows servers, including configuration, installation, and server operations.

• Act as an escalation point for IT Technicians, providing expert guidance and assistance.

• Aid in the administration, configuration, and troubleshooting of the virtual environment, including attached storage.

• Assist in troubleshooting network systems, focusing on DNS, DHCP, group policy, and replication issues.

• Contribute to the management and troubleshooting of on-prem and cloud active directory architecture.

• Support the administration, configuration, and troubleshooting of Exchange, web filter, and secure email gateway portal.

• Develop and maintain documentation of systems and procedures.

• Stay updated on network market trends to anticipate potential problems and identify new resources.

• Be prepared to work during emergency conditions, ensuring system stability and functionality.

Requirements • Proficiency in Cisco Technologies, with the ability to troubleshoot and optimize network functions.

• Expertise in Citrix Technologies, with the capacity to manage and maintain virtualized environments.

• Demonstrable skills in Cloud Technologies, including the deployment, support and management of public, private and hybrid cloud solutions.

• Familiarity with Dell Technologies, including servers, storage, and networking equipment.

• Comprehensive understanding of Firewall Technologies to secure network systems and information.

• Experience in AB Testing to refine system performance and user experience.

• Proficiency in Active Directory, with the ability to manage user groups and permissions.

• Knowledge of Backup Technologies, with the capacity to design and implement data recovery strategies.

• Proficiency in Cluster Analysis to understand system performance and make necessary adjustments.

• Solid understanding of Computer Hardware, with the ability to troubleshoot and repair system components. Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®
