SAIC Program Manager in CHANTILLY, Virginia

Description

SAIC seeks a Program Manager to provide strong leadership and direction for a team of seasoned professionals supporting the customer’s training and skill development initiatives. The Program Manager will interface daily with the customer’s Lead to develop the team’s priorities and provide the team with strategic direction.

Responsibilities include:

  • Develop and implement a team strategy based on customer requirements and direction.

  • Oversee the facilitating and delegation of individuals to support customer priorities and initiatives.

  • Monitor the program’s cost, schedule, and budget.

  • Document the program’s progress via monthly Project Management Reviews (PMR) and the MCSR.

  • Be the interface between SAIC and the customer.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Active TSI with polygraph clearance

  • Bachelors Degree

  • Minimum of 5 years of Program Management experience

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience working on contract supporting the Intelligence Community

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience working on a Intelligence Community Training program

Desired:

  • PMP Certification
