CACI is looking for a skilled Microsoft Endpoint Manager (MEM) Engineer, specializing in Intune to support the Department of the Air Force (DAF) Enterprise IT as a Service (EITaaS) program.  The candidate will join a team of engineers responsible for engineering and implementing an enterprise Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) Solution.  The UEM solution shall be capable of managing all Windows and Bring Your Own Approved Device (BYOAD) endpoints.

On the EITaaS program, CACI will deliver enhanced capabilities and services to implement and operate an enterprise ITSM solution, enterprise service desk, endpoint management and security solution, as well as CONUS/OCONUS field support and life cycle support for end user devices to enable the DAF to transition focus from IT operations to mission operations.

What You’ll Get To Do:

Serve as an experienced MEM/Intune engineer assisting with the design and implementation of the MECM/Intune solution for the DAF.

More About The Role:

  • Operate and maintain Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM), Microsoft Intune, and Microsoft Azure Cloud Management Gateway (CMG)

  • Design and implement requirements for Intune Mobile Device Management for a BYOAD environment

  • Design and configure Azure components in accordance with DoD security requirements, including applicable STIGs, the DoD Cloud Computing SRG, and DoD Secure Cloud Computing Architecture (SCCA) functional requirements

  • Perform vulnerability remediation, patching and software/firmware upgrades in accordance with DoD requirements

  • Lead diagnosing and troubleshooting efforts to resolve complex technical issues

  • Provide SME input into technical documentation such as the System Design Document (SDD), Configuration Management Plan, Contingency Plan, Concept of Operations (CONOPS), and other ATO documentation

  • Leverage PowerShell and Azure Automation to automate routine activities, such as configuration management, and system maintenance

  • Perform root cause analysis for production deployment errors and communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences

  • Collaborate with internal teams and DAF stakeholders to drive the development of new cloud engineering approaches and opportunities

You'll Bring These Qualifications:

  • 10+ Years of relevant experience or (Master’s Degree in related field may be substituted for bachelor’s degree and 5 years relevant experience) Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university

  • Experience testing, deploying, and troubleshooting the installation of Microsoft and third-party software updates

  • Experience deploying applications/updates via Intune

  • Experience managing a large endpoint infrastructure

  • Experience managing Windows Servers and Workstations (mobile devices a plus)

  • Experience working in a DoD environment

  • Familiarity with STIG requirements

  • Familiarity with ITILv4

  • Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies

  • Strong skills with MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Project, Visio) and SharePoint

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or related field

  • An active DoD secret clearance / Ability to obtain Secret Security Clearance

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Pay Range : There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. Since this position can be worked in more than one location, the range shown is the national average for the position.

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$74,600-$156,700
