MACHINE OPERATOR HELPER -$18/HR TO $24/HR- START- ASAP!!!

The Digital Die Cut Operator will be responsible for running a digital die cutter, setting up and operating the machine, and loading materials such as paper, card stock, and cardboard. We seek someone who brings character and passion to our growing team. The ideal candidate will own the work that goes in and out of our printing machine and will ensure the flow of products from packaging to shipping.

Responsibilities

  • Set up and operate the digital die cutter machine.

  • Load materials such as paper, card stock, and cardboard into the machine.

  • Ensure the flow of products from packaging to shipping.

  • Organize and improve quality and efficiency in the production process.

  • Assist in setting up and tearing down jobs to ensure timely product delivery.

Essential Skills

  • Experience in digital die cutting.

  • Strong organizational skills.

  • Ability to improve quality and efficiency in production.

  • Willingness to work in a team environment.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Preferred 1+ year of production or leadership experience.

  • Strong communication skills.

  • Desire to grow and collaborate with others.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
