What you’ll do:

• 根据项目和客户需求进行中压环网柜等产品的内部验证试验（如绝缘，局放，温升，机械，高低温）和外部型式试验；

• 负责PDSS工厂的研发试验及常州工厂实验室日常维护管理工作；

• 负责实验室安全、卫生、消防等固定设施符合公司及实验室运营要求，负责排除实验室安全隐患、实施安全优化、执行公司安全管理策略，制定实验室安全管理制度等相关工作。

• 负责与RND,PM,Marketing团队在项目立项之初关于型式试验工作量的评估，测试要求和目标的确定及相关信息的采集等工作。

• 负责研发项目的内部和外部试验，国网外部抽检试验和客户验收试验，全面负责内外部试验的进度、质量和成本控制。

• 负责内部验证试验的实施，具备试验设备的操作和维护技能。

• 用专业的知识解决试验过程中的问题，保障试验进度, 确保测试结果及时交付。

• 协助内部实验室的管理工作。

• 协助测试团队不断优化和改进测试方法和流程，协助实验室质量负责人建立实验室管理体系。

Qualifications:

• 本科及以上学历,电气/自动化/机械设计相关专业。

• 5年以上, 具备RMU（环网柜）产品的开发&测试经验者佳。

• 掌握中压产品(尤其是RMU产品)的基本结构和工作原理。

• 具有对外部型式试验的进程的推动&跟踪、质量控制、问题解决、资源协调、成本控制的良好意识和能力。

• 掌握中压产品的基本测试标准(如:GB3906/GB1984/GB11022),具备依据产品特点及技术指标编制研发和型式试验计划的能力。

• 了解ISO17025对实验室运营和管理的基本要求。

• 可使用英文进行读、写。

• 具备高度的团队合作意识，具有良好的沟通、协调能力。

• 了解产品生命周期管理及项目管理基本脉络，方法。

• 软件技能：具备CAD, LabVIEW, etc.软件使用能力者佳。
