What you’ll do:

根据服务派工单，项目现场指导用户进行安装、调试直至送电，及时有效处理客户提出的需求确保客户满意。

"1、根据服务派工单要求，在项目现场配合用户做好安装、调试、投运和产品使用培训的服务工作，完成现场工作相关表单的填写，离开现场之前需要让用户签字确认，并汇报给主管。

2、 现场服务期间及时收集、整理好用户的反馈或投诉资料，填写用户服务信息反馈表，并将结果反馈给用户和主管。

3、及时对用户反馈意见进行汇总、分析、处理，并通知相关部门。

4、服务人员未出差期间，需要为出差项目做好准备，按规定程序办理售后服务手续，按规定领用材料，结算费用。同时，需要服从安排在产线进行多技能培训，提高现场服务技能。

5、了解公司产品及其性能，熟悉公司成品出厂检验流程及测试项目;可独立出差指导现场产品的安装与调试；一般问题的排查与解决；

Qualifications:

"中技及以上学历, 电气及相关专业

Secondary school education or above, majoring in electrical and related majors"

"有2年左右电气类产品的制造、检验或维修经验,能看懂电气图纸

About 2 years of experience in manufacturing, inspection or maintenance of electrical products, able to read and understand electrical drawings."

Skills:
