Job Title: Site Manager – Clean Factory Automation

Job Description

Serve as the On-Site Project Manager/Assistant Site Manager overseeing the Mechanical, Electrical, and Commissioning aspects of AMHS Installation equipment at customer facilities. Ensure safety, manage project execution and planning, and lead project teams effectively. Handle customer relations and project documentation efficiently. Requires extensive travel and ability to engage in physical and technical tasks.

Hard Skills

  • Project management

  • Mechanical/electrical engineering experience

  • Experience with semiconductor automation

  • Ability to read electrical schematics and blueprints

  • Familiarity with equipment operation (Stocker, conveyors, AGVs, OHT systems)

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and MS Project

Soft Skills

  • Leadership and team management

  • Effective communication and presentation skills

  • Problem-solving and analytical skills

  • Time management

  • Bilingual (English and Japanese preferred)

Job Type

This is a permanent position.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Chandler, Arizona.

Work Environment

Work will be conducted onsite at Fab. The appropriate attire is jeans and a polo shirt. Extensive travel required, including potential international sites, with per diem provided during travel. Work environment noise is usually moderate.
