We are currently seeking a Field Service Engineer at Chandigarh who will be responsible for high-quality onsite customer support and represent the face of the company to our customers.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Installations, Preventative Maintenance, Operational Qualifications or TOC (Total Organic Carbon) Analyzers.

• Responding to customer support calls within your assigned territory and escalating complex issues as required to ensure a timely fix

• Diagnosing system failures and determining the most cost-effective resolution

• Ensuring Preventative Maintenance Inspections and modifications are completed within the specified time frames.

The required qualifications for the job include:

• BTech in Electronics or Instrumentation with at least 3-5 years of experience in the relevant industry from Analytical / life sciences industry / IVD industry

• Good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively both internally and externally at all levels.

• IT literate, good knowledge of Microsoft Office products & confidence with other IT applications.
