Responsibilities
Peraton seeks a Cyber Systems Engineer to provide Cyber Red Team Operations Support to a global project supporting JFHQ-DODIN. Location: Fort Meade, MD and/or Chambersburg, PA. In this role, you will execute operations support and maintain team certifications. Tasks include: Track training status and certification status of each Cyber Red Team member --develop a Certification and Training Plan Review and maintain red team software and hardware requirements for C2 Infrastructure Assist in the development the methodology and advanced tools, tactics, and techniques Assist in the development and maintenance of SOPs, concept of operations (CONOPs), TTPs, policies, checklists, and guides for the Cyber Red Team program Review and provide substantial feedback on red team related policies Enter all approved missions, including activities and required documentation, in the DoD approved deconfliction -- maintain and update schedules Ensure all websites are properly developed Develop, maintain, and execute compliance and oversight of Cyber Red Team events in accordance with NSA Red Team Evaluator Scoring Metric (ESM), USCYBERCOM Standing Ground Rules, DODI 8530.01, DODM 8530.01, CJCSI 6510.05, and other associated DOD Red Team guidance
Qualifications
Required: Minimum of 10 years with an AS/AA; 8 years with BS/BA; Minimum of 6 years with MS/MA; Minimum of 3 years with PhD, Will consider HS+12 years of experience. OCO and/or DCO experience. Penetration Testing experience Experience identifying adversary TTPs and/or conducting threat source analysis Experience developing Cyber Attack Plans Able to develop scenario information and corresponding DCO data Able develop, execute, and enhance Cyber Red Team scenarios, capabilities, and TTPs. Knowledge of NSA Red Team Evaluator Scoring Metric (ESM), USCYBERCOM Standing Ground Rules, DODI 8530.01, DODM 8530.01, CJCSI 6510.05, DOD 8140/8570 IAT Level II certified DOD 8140/8570 CSSP-Analyst certified Active TS/SCI clearance Preferred: OffSec Certified Professional (OSCP) certification Open Web Application Security Project (OWASP) DOD 8140/8570 IAT Level III certified DOD 8140/8570 IAM Level III certified DOD 8140/8570 CSSP-Infrastructure Support certified Benefits: Peraton offers enhanced benefits to employees working on this critical National Security program, which include heavily subsidized employee benefits coverage for you and your dependents, 25 days of PTO accrued annually up to a generous PTO cap and participation in an attractive bonus plan. #LI-ET1

Target Salary Range
$112,000 - $179,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
