Otis développe son activité et recherche un Chef des ventes (H/F) pour intégrer une de nos entités PORTIS située à Carquefou ou Cesson-Sévigné.

Sous la responsabilité de votre Directeur d’agence, vous prenez en charge la gestion de l’équipe commerciale sur le périmètre Ouest (Bretagne, Pays de Loire, Centre-Val-de-Loire).

Votre priorité : former et accompagner les commerciaux de votre équipe, satisfaire et fidéliser les clients Grands Comptes en mettant en place un accompagnement sur-mesure à toutes les étapes de la relation commerciale.

Poste incluant des déplacements en régions.

Au quotidien, vos missions seront :

• Accompagner et coacher les attachés ou ingénieurs commerciaux,

• Former et favoriser l’intégration des nouveaux attachés ou ingénieurs commerciaux intégrant votre équipe,

• Manager au quotidien votre équipe dans une logique d’atteinte des objectifs de vente,

• Suivre et piloter, en partenariat avec votre équipe, la gestion des clients Grands Comptes.

Ce dont vous aurez besoin pour réussir :

• Vous avez à minima 5 années d’expérience en management d’équipe commerciale,

• De formation commerciale, vous avez une appétence pour les domaines et produits techniques,

• Vous avez le sens de la satisfaction client et aimez aller sur le terrain à la rencontre de vos équipes et de vos clients,

• A l’aise à l’oral, vous disposez d’une bonne aisance relationnelle et savez faire preuve de leadership pour accompagner votre équipe.
