Data Entry Clerk

We are offering a short-term contract employment opportunity for a meticulous Data Entry Clerk to join our team in CENTENNIAL, Colorado. This role is centered around data entry and data transfers, specifically for the transition from NetSuite to Aspire.

Responsibilities:

• Undertake the task of pulling, reviewing, and uploading customer contracts from one system to another, ensuring that all information is copied and entered correctly

• Handle the process of exporting company/client contact lists, paying close attention to detail to ensure that contact names and other details are correctly transferred and organized

• Take responsibility for manually entering contract details into Aspire, which includes individual names, company addresses, contract dates and more

• Upload contracts into the system, ensuring that the information manually entered matches what's in the PDF contract

• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary action when needed

• Play a crucial role in transferring customer information and customer company information into the new system, ensuring accuracy and completeness of data.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing high volume data entry promptly and accurately

• Proficiency in 10 Key Skills

• Mastery of Microsoft Excel, including knowledge of Excel Formulas

• Extraordinary level of attention to detail required

• Typing speed and accuracy must be exceptional

• Experience with NetSuite and Aspire software is highly desirable, including the ability to quickly pick up and navigate new systems
