The Walt Disney Company Regulatory Affairs Analyst (DVC) in Celebration, Florida
Disney Vacation Club (DVC) is a highly complex and regulated business. DVC continues to experience material growth and added complexity within the product structure and policies & procedures.
The Regulatory Affairs Analyst will report into the Mgr-Regulatory Affairs and sits in Celebration, FL. This full-time, salaried, individual contributor role will have a proactive involvement ensuring compliance with applicable timeshare laws and regulations, including recommendations to the business for appropriate action. You will cultivate positive relationships and work closely with Disney Vacation Club partners in Legal, Sales, Finance, Public Affairs, Public Relations, Operations, and other partners (internal and external) to execute timely state required documents.
You should be able to demonstrate excellence in project management, client consulting, timeshare knowledge, communication skills (verbal and written), attention to detail, and time management.
You Will:
Contribute to team and individual projects related to registrations, licensing, training, auditing, document control, communication, and critical strategic initiatives.
Ensure compliance with all federal and state registrations processes and obtain all approvals required.
Manage the collection and retention of key regulatory compliance related documents from internal and external partners.
Maintain established registration and filing timelines and ensure the deadlines are effectively tracked and met.
Manage highly sensitive corporate information working directly with executives across DVC and The Walt Disney Company (TWDC) corporate areas.
Evaluate and refine existing processes to ensure best practices and continuous improvement.

You Will Have / Required Qualifications:
4+ years in legal, compliance, sales support, quality improvement, contract administration or similar experience.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (including Outlook, Word and Teams), Smartsheet, and more with the ability to quickly adapt to and utilize new software or tools.
Technologically savvy, with a proven ability to learn and master new systems and platforms efficiently.
Proven track record of maintaining confidentiality and exercising sound judgment in handling sensitive information.
Possess strong strategic and critical thinking skills, including the ability to collaborate with legal partners to design and implement changes to the business.
Proven experience and understanding of legal compliance environment and research techniques.
Ability to balance multiple priorities with minimal direction.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as individually.
Excellent verbal skills to communicate clearly, effectively, and seamlessly with external individuals such as government officials.
Proven written communicator demonstrating clarity, conciseness, and the ability to convey key messages for diverse audiences.
Demonstrated curiosity and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity in ARELLO Timeshare Registry, document management systems and DocuSign.
Proven knowledge of timeshare regulations (including a multi-state environment).
Strong oversight and attention to detail skills in the legal, compliance, and regulatory affairs field.

- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
