Disney's Sales Integration team is seeking a Contract Coordinator! In this role, you will support the Ticket Programs & Contracting functions for the Domestic and International sales channels that represent Walt Disney World (WDW), Disneyland Resort (DLR), and Aulani, a Disney Resort and Spa.

This role reports to the Domestic Sales Ticket Program & Contracting Manager.

What You Will Do

  • Support the Contract Specialists to implement sales agreements including assisting with notifications to internal partners completed, changed, and new agreements regarding ticketing, Disney Central, Business Operations, Walt Disney Parks & Resorts Operations (WDPRO), and Sales Planning & Development.

  • Assist with handling the contract database to ensure accurate and up-to-date information, and issue the weekly Contract Status Reports.

  • Own the client notification process for new and changed products.

  • Set up User IDs & Passwords for all clients and sales cast on the Disney Destinations Product website.

  • Set up SAP numbers for new accounts.

  • Assist with the WDW and DLR Theme Park complimentary/discounted ticket requests and ZenDesk emails from 3rd party clients.

  • Be responsible for the Yellow Pass Ticket Program and maintain the SOP.

  • Handle ad-hoc projects supporting the Team.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Knowledge and proficiency with Windows (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and SAP applications

  • Attention to detail and accuracy

  • Able to work independently and as part of a team

  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks/projects simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications

Associate's Degree or equivalent experience in a related field
