Job Title: Blow Mold Machine Operator

Job Description

Join a dynamic team as a Blow Mold Machine Operator, where you will be responsible for operating blow mold machines, performing minor troubleshooting, and making necessary adjustments. The ability to work independently is crucial as this department operates 24 hours a day.

Responsibilities

• Operate blow mold machines efficiently and safely

• Perform minor troubleshooting and adjustments on machines

• Ensure production meets quality and efficiency standards

• Adhere to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices)

• Conduct machine changeovers as needed

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Essential Skills

• 2+ years of machine operating experience

• Proficiency in operating and filling machines

• Experience in a high-volume production line

• Familiarity with GMP standards

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs

• Comfortable standing for long periods of time

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Previous experience in dairy processing or GMP environment

• Open to working 1st or 2nd shift

• Willing to work 10-20 hours of overtime

• Comfortable working in a colder environment

Work Environment

The work environment includes a refrigerated packaging area requiring a dress code of hair net, beard net, hard hat, steel toes, non-slip shoes, hi-vis vest, and no jewelry. Shifts are scheduled for 4 days on and 3 days off, with employees standing for long periods and occasionally working in wet conditions.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.42 - $23.42/hr.
