Your Role

• Responsibility and ownership of the Quality Management system for KNGS Cebu.
• Over-all execution of KNGS Quality sampling plan and other elements related to the site's QMS.

Your Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and implement the KNGS Quality Management system

• Quality sampling of Business Units

• Gather all raw data from KNGS Business units

• Filter out all non-KNGS transactions from the gathered data.

• Apply sample creation formula

• Apply weekly sample file in Teams (QA Dashboard)

• Check defects dashboard for tasks with significant increase in number of defects from previous week

• Tighten inspection at tasks with significant defects

• Review samples for duplication

• Send notifications to Quality representatives on availability of samples on the team's folders

• Address concerns raised by Quality representatives

• Update QC Compliance Activities

• Update QSHE validation report for samples created weekly

• Check all BU folders for submission of QC reports

• Follow up Quality representatives from the BU's if quality reports are not yet available before Wednesday.

• Update all QC data reports in the QSHE validation report file

• Check table formulas if working

• Observe for non-compliance from Business units

• Update the pivot tables and associated charts

• Check and review SharePoint page for QC compliance if updates are reflected

• Publish the updates in teams channel on compliance reports

• Protect the file by scouring with passwords to avoid unauthorized revision of entries

Your Skills and Experiences

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related courses

Business unit operational experience

Quality Assurance exposure

Preferably have at least 2 years of experience in Management System (QMS, EMS & OSH)

Proficient in MS Office Applications (Excel & PowerPoint)
