Your Role

The Training Expert is responsible for managing a comprehensive training offer within Air Logistics, with a purpose to enhance the skills and knowledge of employees within the organization and fostering a culture of continuous learning and development, while aligning the training initiatives with the organizational goals

Your Responsibilities

  • Instructional Design of Training Programs (Content Creation & Content Management):Design and create training programs including e-learning courses, workshops, and other resources, that cater to the specific needs of different departments and job roles based on business goals.

  • Delivery of Training Programs to targeted users through a blended learning approach:Run the delivery of training programs in the format of live webinars, in-person workshops, individual coaching, or other relevant method.

  • Management of the LMS, other Digital Learning Platforms and Software Applications:Lead the complete LMS administration as well as several other digital and software applications.

  • Dashboard Management & General Administration:Manage a master dashboard that provides, analyze, and reports the complete set of training activities, training achievements and overall training performance from global to local level.

  • Leadership of a Team of Training Experts (when team leadership applies):Lead a team of Training Experts and provide guidance, leadership, and support for their professional growth

  • Connect regularly with internal and external stakeholders to ensure collaboration, support within the different departments, and stay abreast with the latest industry trends.

Your Skills and Experiences

  • In-depth understanding of traditional and modern training methods (workshop, digital learning, and coaching)

  • Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning platform

  • Work experience as a Training Manager or similar role in a large organization

  • Excellent communication/presentation and leadership skill
