Your Role
Responsible to process and resolve first level support and/or set up requests related to any of the Air Logistics operational systems in use and/or any of the local applications in place, by following validated support working instructions or specific guidelines in cooperation with the corporate or national air logistics process & system teams and the other KNGS support team.
Your Responsibilities
Air Logistics applications maintenance and set up (ad hoc or recurring) and related system testing System or data reporting via SQL / BI / Jira
Collect and pass information to the next support level (second level, regional, GSD, corporate) for issues that are beyond the defined competency or need further analysis (based on setup/guidelines)
Proactively identify potential tasks to be handled by the first level team by analyzing the recurring issues / requests that are normally escalated
Work with Systems tools (Jira, WIKI etc.) for Project management
Your Skills and Experiences
High degree of organizational and administrative skills
High level of computer software and other KN software / applications
High level of KN Operational systems knowledge
IT minded, affinity to automation and technical concepts and systems
