MedSpecialized, Inc Accounting Supervisor in Cebu City, Philippines
Position Overview:
As an Accounting Team Lead, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the daily accounting operations and leading a team of accounting professionals.
Work Schedule and Arrangement: 11:00 PM- 7:00 AM, Onsite
Office Location : 8th floor Skyrise 4B Building, IT Park, Lahug, Cebu City, Cebu
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership
Lead and mentor a team of accountants, providing guidance, training, and support.
Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture.
Assign tasks and set performance goals for team members.
Financial Reporting
Oversee the preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial data and reports.
Generate financial reports for management and external stakeholders.
Financial Analysis
Analyze financial data to identify trends and insights.
Prepare financial reports and presentations for management to support decision-making.
Assist in financial modeling and scenario analysis.
Communication and Collaboration
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and management.
Communicate financial information and insights effectively.
Collaborate with colleagues on special projects and initiatives.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or similar certification preferred).
Proven experience as an Accountant or Senior Accountant, with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax regulations.
Proficiency in Quickbooks and other CRM tools
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
Salary and monetary benefits (in PHP):
Monthly salary of 50,000php - 60,000php
New hire bonus of 5,000php
Monthly Risk allowance of 2,000php
