FULL-TIME DAY SHIFT
Charlestown by Erickson Senior Living, a “Best Place to Work” award-winner, has immediate openings for D ining Servers in our assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing departments.
You’ll work closely with nurses, aides, dieticians, and other dining staff to implement residents’ nutritional care plans. You’ll serve meals, create a pleasant dining experience, and in some cases, assist with feeding in accordance with state-approved Feeding Assistance training.

Compensation: commensurate with experience starting at $16.00 per hour.

What You’ll Do:
Assist assigned residents with their dining needs
Determine need for assistance and provide support during meals
Use proper food handling techniques during service
What You’ll Need to Qualify :
High School diploma or GED
Six months experience in food service environment preferred
Successfully complete food handling and preparation class prior to starting work
Ability to recognize residents’ needs and respond with compassion
Ability to work weekends and holidays
A solid work ethic and a positive, team attitude
