Douglas County Government Assessor Administrative Analyst in Castle Rock, Colorado

OVERVIEW:

This advanced administrative work involves technical tasks pertaining to ad valorem property assessment, title conveyance, data quality control and assurance, budget and treasury functions, Assessor publications, and administrative and organizational duties. All work is to be performed competently and in a manner that is independent, impartial, and objective.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

A bachelor's degree from an accredited university in a field related to real estate or technology, such as business, finance, statistics, computer science, engineering, or equivalent required. Two years of experience of progressively responsible experience in a business or customer service environment. Combination of education and experience may be considered (four years of related professional experience can be substituted for a bachelor's degree). Previous experience working for a Colorado Assessor is strongly preferred. The ability and willingness to meet continuing education requirements set by the Douglas County Assessor's Office.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, AND REGISTRATIONS: A valid Colorado driver's license with a safe driving record is required.
