Role Value Proposition:

The IT Security Analyst will play a key role in managing and optimizing MetLife’s enterprise workforce identity access technology. This position will work with technologies such as Azure Entra ID and classic Active Directory. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to engage in hands-on solutioning, deployment, and maintenance of modern identity services while collaborating with stakeholders across 45 different countries.

Success in this role requires experience with Azure Entra ID and Active Directory. You’ll collaborate closely with internal IAM teams and international stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive technical security and currency initiatives.

• Implement modern identity tools.

• Apply best practices in alignment with regulatory requirements.

• Support the reliability of identity systems.

• Collaborate with partner IAM teams.

Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:

Required:

• 2+ years of experience with Azure and Active Directory identity services.

• Understanding of IAM principles and foundational security best practices

• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic environment.

• Ability to troubleshoot and analyze technology systems.

Preferred:

• Bachelor’s degree in technology

• 5+ years of experience with Azure and Active Directory identity services.

• Experience in international environments.

• Experience with agile ways of working.

• Familiarity with security frameworks.
