AR Factoring Program Specialist | 9-Month Contract | Fully Onsite Cary, NC

Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented AR Factoring Program Specialist to join our team on a temporary basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for consolidating our AR factoring process onto one desk and managing touchpoints with AR, treasury, global FP&A, and a third-party vendor. This role involves a combination of transactional activities, report running, reconciliation, and higher-level financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Kick-off and manage the AR factoring program.

  • Consolidate the AR factoring process onto one desk, ensuring seamless coordination with AR, treasury, global FP&A, and a third-party vendor.

  • Perform transactional activities including report running, and reconciliation on both the front end (when selling AR) and the back end (when payments are made).

  • Assess and understand the available resources to ramp up the program and project cash flow for the 12-month rolling year.

  • Collaborate with the CFO and global treasurer on a weekly basis to trigger sales and maintain cash flow.

  • Provide detailed analysis and manage granular activities related to the AR factoring program.

  • Ensure effective communication and collaboration with various departments and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in managing AR factoring processes.

  • Strong financial acumen with expertise in financial planning and analysis (FP&A).

  • Proficiency in transactional activities such as report running and reconciliation.

  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to perform detailed analysis and manage granular activities.

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with the CFO and global treasurer.

  • Adaptability and flexibility to integrate quickly into the company's processes and manage various tasks.

  • Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with different stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with third-party vendors in the context of AR factoring.

  • Familiarity with treasury operations and global FP&A processes.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
