Building off our Cloud momentum, Oracle has formed a new organization - Oracle Health Applications & Infrastructure (OHAI). This team will focus on product development and product strategy for Oracle Health, while building out a complete platform supporting modernized, automated healthcare. This is a net new line of business, constructed with an entrepreneurial spirit that promotes an energetic and creative environment. Oracle Health and AI is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Principal Technical Program Manager to lead our cloud migration initiatives and drive seamless transitions of our products and services to cloud-based environments. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing complex technical projects, a deep understanding of cloud technologies, and the ability to collaborate effectively across various lines of business.

This position is focused on program management and executive reporting. Specific responsibilities and required skills include the following.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and successful delivery of simultaneous cloud migration projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical requirements.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, risk and compliance, operations, and business stakeholders, to define project scope, objectives, and milestones.

  • Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, proactively identifying potential roadblocks and implementing effective mitigation strategies.

  • Drive executive-level reporting and presentation building, providing clear and concise updates on project status, risks, and achievements to senior leadership.

  • Work closely with business leaders to understand their needs, translate them into technical requirements, and develop comprehensive project plans that deliver value.

  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by leveraging best practices, lessons learned, and feedback to refine project management processes.

  • Ensure successful communication across all project stakeholders, promoting transparency and maintaining a collaborative working environment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

  • Proven track record of at least 3 years in technical program management, with a focus on cloud migration projects.

  • Strong background in managing cross-functional projects across multiple lines of business, demonstrating the ability to align diverse teams towards a common goal.

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with experience in creating executive-level reports and delivering impactful presentations.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapting to changing priorities and maintaining a solutions-oriented mindset.

  • Experience of working within, influencing within, and networking within a matrix environment and drive change.

  • Ability and willingness to obtain a Public Trust clearance (US citizens only).

Desired Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience with OCI including hands-on knowledge of OCI cloud services, architecture, and security.

  • Experience building Critical Project documents for OCI leadership.

  • OCI Associate Architect or similar certification is a plus

  • Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PgMP), or MBA is a plus

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $97,500 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

  8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
