Our client, an industry-leading architectural solutions design-manufacturer, is seeking a Production Clerk to join their team. As a Production Clerk, you will be part of the production department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have effective communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Clerk 2 - 3 month Contract

Location: Carson, CA

What's the Job?

• Review open job orders and transactions, flagging and notifying production of jobs that should be closed.

• Print and distribute daily dispatch lists.

• Collect and analyze dispatch lists and update job statuses.

• Track and update status on samples, re-makes, and prototypes.

• Create and customize packing lists and ensure installation instructions are attached to assembly/packing jobs.

What's Needed?

• High school education or equivalent; undergraduate degree or relevant technical/trade education is a plus.

• Proficiency in MS Office suite.

• 1+ years of ERP experience, with Syteline highly desired.

• 2+ years of experience in manufacturing/production control.

• Accurate basic math skills and intermediate to advanced computer skills.
