We currently seek a Family Medicine nurse practitioner or physician assistant to join our community partner, Roseville Family Healthcare. Responsibilities

See 18-22 patients per day
Reasonable call rotations

Primary care including:
100% outpatient
Adult and pediatric patients
Lab/imaging follow-up appointments
Annual wellness exams

Qualifications
Qualifications:
Completion of accredited training program(s)
Board certified
Minimum of 1-2 years prior APP experience in family medicine
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care to all types of patients, including the LGBTQ+ community
Open minded and willing to learn and grow
Pay Range
$60.00 - $85.00 /hour
