Job Description
The Warehouse Lead will oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient and accurate handling of inventory, shipments, and staff management for our associates only. This role requires strong leadership skills and prior experience in supervising or managing direct reports.
Responsibilities
Supervise and manage daily warehouse operations.
Ensure efficient and accurate handling of inventory.
Oversee shipment processing and material handling.
Manage and lead warehouse staff, providing guidance and support.
Maintain a safe and organized warehouse environment.
Essential Skills
Prior experience in a supervisory role.
Experience with direct report management.
Experience in warehouse operations.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in packaging, material handling, and shipping and receiving.

Work Environment
1st shift - Monday to Thursday, 5 AM to 3:30 PM. Includes a 30-minute unpaid lunch and two 15-minute breaks. Overtime is not typically offered. The facility promotes a positive work environment and encourages long-term employment.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Carlisle, Pa.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
