We are seeking a HR Assistant for our office located in Carlisle, Pennsylvania. This presents a great opportunity for an entry level candidate who is ready to demonstrate dedication, professionalism, and eagerness to learn and grow in the field of human resources.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting HR members with various administrative tasks.

• Compiling and updating employee records.

• Providing clerical support to the HR department.

• Handling employment application intake.

• Preparing and maintaining HR documents.

• Conducting orientations and training sessions for new employees.

Qualifications:

• Associate’s degree minimum requirement.

• Previous administrative experience is a plus.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Keen attention to details.

• Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.

• Proficiency in MS Office.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Ability to work well in a team.
