Job Title: CNC Machinist | 1st OR 3rd shifts | canton, oh

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist for either the Day Shift or Night Shift at our facility in Canton, OH. This position offers the opportunity for overtime weekly, with a competitive pay range of $24-$29/hr. The successful candidate will have experience operating, editing, changing over, performing tool changes, and maintaining CNC machinery. They will also be responsible for performing inspections and reading blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Operate, edit, change over, perform tool changes, and maintain CNC machinery.

• Perform machining on CNC Mills, Manual CNCs, or CNC Grinders based on experience and strengths.

• Conduct inspections and read blueprints.

• Perform simple shop math.

• Programming and working with Fanuc (considered a plus).

• Troubleshoot and operate machinery, including grinding, edits, and manual operations.

• Handle multi-task machining, including horizontal boring mills, manual lathes, tear downs, and more.

Essential Skills

• 3+ years of CNC machining experience from schooling or work experience.

• Experience with CNC Mills, Manual CNCs, or CNC Grinders (OD/ID).

• Ability to perform multi-task machining.

• Proficiency in operating, maintaining, editing, setting up, and performing tool changes on CNC machinery.

• Basic shop math skills.

• Blueprint reading skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with Fanuc programming.

• Programming skills.
