Inspire Brands Manager - Data Analytics Dunkin' in Canton, Massachusetts

This position provides brand-specific data and analytics support for the Dunkin’ brand, including but not limited to overseeing the analytics process, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the effective utilization of data to inform strategic decision-making. This position directly supports the Dunkin’ team but also has exposure to Arby’s, Baskin-Robbins, Buffalo Wild Wings, Jimmy John’s, and Sonic and is part of a shared services commercial group team. RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic decision-making, including forecasting sales and transactions

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data, analyze trends, and identify opportunities for improving financial performance.

  • Lead the annual sales budgeting process, working closely with cross-functional teams and senior management to establish targets and monitor performance against goals.

  • Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and reporting systems, identifying areas for automation and efficiency gains.

  • Manage integration projects aimed at aligning processes and systems across brands, ensuring consistency and scalability.

  • Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support business initiatives, such as strategic priorities across both marketing and operations.

  • Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership clearly and concisely, influencing decision-making at the highest levels.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum: 4-year degree inBusiness, Marketing, Finance or Economics preferred or equivalent related experience or training.

  • Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience, preferably with experience in the retail or consulting sector

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, OR ABILITIES

  • Ideal candidate has an inquisitive nature and a passion for learning and solving problems

  • Self-starter personality who can operate with minimal supervision

  • Proven ability to deliver results through insights and data

  • Solid understanding of analytical concepts, with the ability to apply them to real-world business challenges

  • Understands business principles and strategy, and possesses strong analytical skills

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, with expertise in Excel (e.g., pivot tables, advanced functions, formulas, filtering, etc.) and core analytical tools (e.g., SQL, Snowflake, etc.)

  • Ability to collect and synthesize information, making it relevant, understandable, and actionable for key stakeholders

  • Ability to balance multiple projects with competing deadlines

  • Effectively interact at all levels of the organization across multiple functional areas

  • Excellent writing, presentation, project management, and strong influencing skills required

  • Interest in the restaurant industry and a strong desire to help shape the future at Inspire Brands

  • Minimal travel may be required

This position sits within our Boston Support Center with an expectation to be onsite 80% of the time
