Job Description: The role of the Maintenance Manager is to oversee the machine maintenance department, ensuring a wide range of tasks are performed effectively. This includes the installation and maintenance of all machines to ensure proper operation and the production of high-quality products. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise assigned personnel, maintain records, and uphold a safe work environment. - Ensure that daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance objectives are met by all assigned personnel. - Provide problem-solving and resolution for machine maintenance issues. - Implement and maintain personnel training and evaluation in accordance with HR policies. - Order necessary parts for the repair and maintenance of CNC machines. - Conduct control work, including cable and electrical repairs on CNC hard drives. - Carry out machine modifications and mechanical repairs as needed. - Install all new CNC machines. - Perform any other duties as assigned. Position requires a flexible schedule, as the manager is responsible for covering any shift holes due to call-outs, etc.
