NY1499289 Maintenance needed for Madison County Office for the Aging in Canastota, NY.
Pay rate is $12,090 per year.
Part-time position M-F; paid holidays;
This position is responsible for all of the building and general grounds maintenance. This job requires a willingness to perform a variety of routine manual tasks.
Requirements:
-Good knowledge of general building maintenance and equipment.
-Must be able to complete forms with accuracy; ability to understand and follow simple oral and written instructions; dependable; ability to work independently; courteous.
-Be in good physical condition and able to lift up to 75 pounds and knowledge of proper lifting techniques.
-A valid New York State driver's license required.
