Position Overview
In this dynamic role, you will lead the operations of assigned residential homes, creating a warm and welcoming environment for residents while staying within budget guidelines. You'll play a pivotal part in implementing program policies and procedures, crafting individual goals in collaboration with the treatment team, and training staff to ensure these objectives are met. Regularly inspecting the homes for safety and cleanliness, you'll proactively address any health and safety concerns. You'll also partner closely with the Residential Nurse to ensure seamless adherence to medical protocols and thorough health documentation. Your leadership will not only uphold the agency's mission and values but also foster a vibrant community where residents feel respected and supported.
Work Location: Ontario County, NY
Schedule:
Monday through Friday. Flexible schedule to meet your needs and the agency's needs.

Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in the Human Services Field and over three (3) years of relevant experience including one (1) year of supervisory experience, or an equivalent amount of education and/or experience.
Valid NYS Driver's License with no moving 12 months prior to date of hire.
