Position Overview

Join our team as a Program Service Coordination Supervisor at The Arc Ontario. Provide direct supervision to Program Service Coordinators assigned, as well as departmental supervisory coverage, as needed. Responsibilities include guiding Program Service Coordinators in Person-Centered practices; follow up and monitoring to ensure supports and services are being delivered and are appropriate. Ensures documentation compliance related to the development, implementation, periodic review, and revision of Staff Action Plans. Assist the Program Manager with a variety of supervisory, participant related and administrative functions associated with the coordination of services.

Work Location: Canandaigua, NY

Schedule: Full-time - Monday-Friday 8:00am - 4:00pm with flexibility to meet agency needs (some remote work)

Responsibilities

  • Provides direct supervision to Program Service Coordinators to include meeting regularly with assigned staff, reviewing caseload information, providing coaching and guidance, and developing performance development reviews.

  • Serves as a mentor to new staff; provides orientation to job requirements and routines.

    Requirements

  • BA/BS Degree in Psychology, Education, Social Work, Rehabilitation or related Human Services field, Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional (QIDP), and over (3) years of related work experience
