Description:

The Associate Manger is responsible for providing guidance and leadership to a team of Client Services Team Leads & Client Relationship Managers for the purpose of achieving high quality client service.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as primary contact for Team Leads and CRMs

  • Respond, coordinate and track escalated client issues

  • Support the change process to achieve intended organization and cultural outcomes

  • Recommend and implement procedure/process improvements to increase production and quality of work

  • Assist with the development of training for staff members & Team Leads including the coordination of the training schedule and relaying training needs to our Manager of Client Services

  • Generate & monitor reports for productivity and work tray management in Vivantio & Pension Pro

  • Complete daily maintenance items within Vivantio

  • Assist with coordination of off shore resources

  • Prepare & deliver performance appraisals for a team of Client Relationship Managers

  • Coordinate with Manager & Leads plan assignments to align with current business model

  • Prepare production & metric reports and present information to our Director & Manager of Client Services on a timely basis

  • Leading and/or supporting key projects that seek to enhance existing service and operational models within TRA

  • Maintain awareness of the laws, regulations, internal policies and procedures appropriate for this position

  • Outstanding TRA Corporate Citizen dedicated to maintaining TRAs reputation at all times in the communities we touch

  • Perform other job related duties and special projects as assigned

Required Experience:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree (or equivalent experience)

  • 5+ years of defined contribution plan administration experience

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Understanding of regulatory aspects of defined contribution plan administration and other defined contribution regulatory issues involving ERISA and IRS Revenue Rulings

  • Strong organizational and problem solving skills, with the ability to track multiple tasks and issues, set goals and prioritize tasks in a fast paced environment

  • ASPPA QKA or ERPA designation, or approved equivalent, preferred
