This position will require thorough knowledge of Guest Services, Housekeeping, Laundry, and F&B operations within the resort. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the following satisfactorily; other duties may be assigned. Maintains excellent customer relations by keeping up with all in-house and area functions to answer questions and concerns with timely and knowledgeable responses in person and on telephone. Uses suggestive selling techniques to sell site nights, increase occupancy and revenue. Preserves responsibilities for all aspects of all departments in the absence of Dept manager. Supports and works with all Heads of Department (HOD) in all aspects of running the Resort. Supervises the operations of Guest Services, Housekeeping, Laundry, and F&B to ensure an optimal level of service and hospitality is provided to the guests. Contributes to and maintains established information and communication sources such as department and front desk logbooks in order to enhance department communications and operations. Conducts regular operations team meetings with all the HOD daily/weekly to discuss routine operational matters, sales targets, GSTS feedback / RSTS feedback and action taken for service recovery, and any staff issues.
