Who you will work with... You will work with a team of five with a lot of cross collaboration throughout the organization including partnerships with different corporate and business units. How you will make history... You will be the bridge between Sales and Brand Finance and the IT organization to ensure improvements and enhancements meet business requirements and have been thoroughly tested while maximizing system uptime during critical periods. Who we are looking for... You will be responsible for assisting in the management of the systems used to manage commercial spend and related governance: CAS TPM solution (e4) for trade management and EPM solution (MMM) for marketing management. This includes all related master data and supporting processes to ensure the transactions flowing from these systems are complete and accurate. You will work across corporate and business units to ensure the system is ready to accept, process and report financial results, projections, and annual plans in a consistent and efficient manner. Your key customers will include the Sales and Brand Finance organizations. Prepare the control reports that validate the appropriate transference of date through interfaces between SAP and e4 Communicate system changes including new functionalities, enhancements, and improvements for financial reporting Support system integrations, conducting and writing test scenarios and scripts and troubleshoot data discrepancies Collaborate with the master data team to review updates to customer master data Support various monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting requirements Develop strong relationships across finance, IT and third-party support stakeholders to support their goals and objectives Create and maintain relevant end-to-end process flows and/or desk-top procedures Participate in strategic efforts for continuous improvement, furthering automation of key close processes, standardization of processes and deliverables, and efficiency projects <
