Performs comprehensive administrative HR operations processes, reporting, data analytics, and coordination for an assigned area. This role will focus on the areas of administrative HR responsibilities in the labor and payroll area. This will include providing support to the employee and labor relations team in various aspects include wage table support, calculating quota adjustments, paid time off payouts, interpretation of CBAs, documentation preparation, completion of various processing, complex calculations and running various reports. This individual needs to be an expert in excel and previous payroll or labor relations experience. Key Accountabilities * Responsible for reporting, database maintenance, data collection and data analytics within the HR function with minimal oversight and instruction. * Prepares reports, proposals, presentations, and spreadsheets in various company technologies and software. * Maintains records for accuracy and compliance. * Completion and verification for all I-9s. * Tracks and manages various pay related processes such as stipends, license certification pay and one time payments. * Employee Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, including personnel files and compliance documentation. * Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they have a smooth transition into the organization. * Supports HR operations for Onboarding and Offboarding. * Manages HR projects and events. * Performs standardized HR and company processes for the assigned business unit. * Delivers fluid and timely people processes that allow for quick action and flexibility. * Uses needed technologies to operate at highest and most efficient level. * Provides proactive solutions through synergies and collaboration across the business. * Defined specialized area as identified.
