[This is a split position between in-office and jail services. Responsible for consultation services in both the Muskingum County and Zanesville City Jails which may include skill development, referral, case management, de-escalation, and advocacy for inmate needs. Responsible for direct and indirect clinical services in the office, including but not limited to, individual, marital, family and group counseling, case management, prevention, and consultation. Completes and submits all required documentation. Provides education and agency consultation along with emergency services as directed with-in the jail. Provide direct and indirect services to clients in the office. Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.]{segoe="" ui""=""}

[Responsibilities Include:]{segoe="" ui""=""}

• [Responsible for providing direct and indirect clinical services.]{segoe="" ui""=""}
• [Provides counseling/consultation services professionally, tactfully and with concern for client's/inmate's well-being.]{segoe="" ui""=""}
• [Responds to emergencies and/or crisis reported during the business day as assigned within one hour.]{segoe="" ui""=""}
• [Provide information to jail staff and inmates with MH/SUD concerns regarding behavioral health services offered.]{segoe="" ui""=""}
• [Advocate for the clinical needs of individuals with providers and the criminal justice system.]{segoe="" ui""=""}
• [Develop and implement a plan to provide Jail Liaison services to those non-linked inmates with mental health and substance abuse issues.]{segoe="" ui""=""}
• [Appropriately identify and refer to Project Ready program]{segoe="" ui""=""}
• [Identify needs and appropriately refer to behavioral health, addiction and other community resources as needed.]{segoe="" ui""=""}
• [Responsible for maintaining and submitting required documentation within the guidelines of Allwell's/Muskingum Behavioral Health's (MBH) policies and procedures or any other sanctioning body.]{segoe="" ui""=""}
• [Responsible for providing consultation, inmate/staff education and in-service training.]{segoe="" ui""=""}
• [Responsible to attend Allwell/MBH clinical and administrative staff meetings, committees, and in-services as directed.]{segoe="" ui""=""}
