Hyatt Recreation Supervisor-FT/Seasonal in CAMBRIDGE, Maryland
Description:
This seasonal position will end September 30, 2025.

What You'll Do:
Recreation supervisors play a crucial role in creating enjoyable and enriching recreational experiences at the hotel.
Assist in managing the overall operations of the Recreation Department within the hotel.
These activities could include beach, indoor/outdoor pools, waterslides.
Coordinating special events/holiday programs and child activities.
Interviewing
Training of colleagues.
General guidance to colleagues throughout shift.
Maintaining equipment.
Ensuring the safety of guest and colleagues.

Qualifications:
Require CPR/First Aid/Lifeguard Certification.
Excellent customer service skills.
Prior experience supervising in an equivalent capacity is desired for this position.
Basic computer skills with ability to learn new programs and software.
Good physical stamina to walk long distances throughout shift.
Must be able to lift a moderate amount of weight, push, and pull moderate weight.
Schedule availability to work varied shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.
