The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness. The FandB Supervisor will be responsible for training and supervising staff, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Additionally, the FandB Supervisor will assist in developing and implementing promotional activities and special events to drive revenue and enhance the overall dining experience for our guests. This role offers a unique opportunity for growth and development in the food and beverage industry. If you are a motivated and enthusiastic individual with a proven track record in restaurant management, we would love to hear from you. Responsibilities may include supervising any area of the food and beverage function within the hotel.

Qualifications
  • A warm and outgoing personality with a passion for customer service.
  • A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
  • Refined verbal and written communication skills.
  • At least 2+ years' experience in FandB positions preferred, lead or supervisor experience is a plus!
  • Must be able to lift/push/pull moderate weight.
  • Must have flexible shift availability as well as availability to work weekends and holidays.
  • Ideal candidate should have high energy, strong organizational skills, motivational leadership skills, ability to provide exceptional customer service, and be an effective team player.
