Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Coordination:
Guide project delivery teams, ensuring flawless adherence to software delivery processes and standards.
Provide informal leadership and IT solutions for Innovation, NPI, and PMO projects.
Collaboration:
Partner with Architecture, Application Management Services, Product Owners, and Vendors to select products and align with business strategies.
Engage actively with Division IT leadership, contributing to IT group thought leadership.
Governance & Documentation:
Lead governance models, financials, and approvals across project lifecycles.
Participate in the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) process to align with business and IT initiatives.
Business and Client Engagement:
Establish relationships with business and client collaborators, leading communication in Steering Committee meetings.
Provide IT strategic leadership for CTD business objectives.
Vendor & Financial Management:
Manage vendor relations, contracts, and project closures.
Lead IT initiatives supporting regional goals.
Quality Assurance:
Ensure solutions meet quality standards through comprehensive testing and deployment.
Adhere strictly to quality procedures and policies.
Continuous Improvement:
Find opportunities for automation and process improvement.
Innovate in business processes and technical solution delivery.
Strategic Alignment:
Align technology with strategic business directions.
Maintain 5-year technology roadmaps for STRAP.
Communication & Relationship Management:
Act as a trusted advisor for technology to PSG Group and Division IT leadership.
Communicate business management’s technology needs to the Group/Division.
General Qualifications:
Self-motivated, able to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation).
Good understanding of digital supply chain in a service operations model.
Experience in large IT departments and leading matrix teams.
Education & Experience:
Advanced degree in business or technology (MBA preferred).
Minimum of eight to twelve years of related experience, including five years at the management level.
Technical Expertise:
Proficiency in new and emerging data science fields, project management, and product management.
Experience with Natural Language Processing solutions, LLMs, and machine learning.
Understanding of algorithms underpinning statistical models.
Skills:
Ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
Proven track record in agile development environments.
Strong compassion with end user experience and customer-centric approach.
Excellent communicator with a strategic approach and analytical thinking.
Proven ability to attract and develop top talent and lead teams effectively.
Travel up to 10%
