Philips Digital Program Manager- Website (Cambridge, MA) in Cambridge, Massachusetts

The Website Program Manager will establish and drive web program management across B2B Health Systems businesses globally, as part of the Digital Center of Excellence. You will oversee the delivery of global web-related digital projects in line with the company's strategic objectives, taking charge of the Program plan and integrated roadmap. The Website Program Manager ensures clear communication, strategic alignment, and enables effective execution.​

Your role:

  • Drive 3-5 year website strategy planning with a clear North Star, based on business and region digital objectives and customer needs.

  • Consult and collaborate with partners in businesses, regions, Martech, Experience Design, Web Operations, Campaign Activation, etc. to identify and deliver new website capabilities.

  • Manage the overall program and project planning, changes, risks, issues, budget, and deliverables related to our website, to ensure the $multi-million program delivers its objectives, on time, to scope and within budget.

  • Work closely with Digital Center of Excellence leadership for proper focus and resource distribution.

  • Establish program governance and manage the operating rhythm – implementing the drumbeat schedule from Executive sponsors to the workstream / project reviews.

  • Communicate B2B website standards / best practices across the marketing organization.

  • Regularly review (flag when necessary) program performance metrics and consider countermeasures.

You're the right fit if:

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

  • You’ve acquired 5+ years of experience in website project/program management.

  • Your skills include stakeholder management, high visibility project management, website management (B2B preferred), identifying and managing continuous improvement of websites, ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks across multiple projects, and strong communication (written, visual, verbal).

  • You cultivate innovation and drive digital and agile transformation whole acting as a role model with customers first, quality and integrity always, teaming up to win, taking ownership and being eager to improve.
