We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Corporate Accounting Specialist in the Investment Advisory industry, based in Camas, Washington. As a Corporate Accounting Specialist, you will not only handle traditional accounting tasks but also engage in critical thinking and collaboration across different groups.

Responsibilities:

• Involved in the preparation and review of financial statements.

• Responsible for budgeting and financial reporting.

• Oversee accounting aspects of multiple funds.

• Engage in critical thinking to solve complex accounting issues.

• Collaborate with different groups within the organization.

• Utilize skills in Fund Accounting and Audit.

• Employ financial audit skills in day-to-day tasks.

• Move beyond the typical debits/credits role to contribute to the organization's broader financial goals.

The salary range for this position is $60,000 to $120,000 + bonus.

Requirements • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Proven experience as a Senior Accountant within the Investment Advisory industry.

• Proficiency in Fund Accounting is a must.

• Extensive experience in Audit, specifically in the financial sector.

• Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).

• Proficiency in using accounting software and databases.

• Excellent analytical skills with an attention to detail.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

• Excellent communication and team management skills.

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) will be considered an advantage.

• Ability to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure.

• Strong understanding of financial and investment concepts.

• High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.
