About The Role
The Employee Benefits Strategic Resource Manager (EB SRM) plays a vital role in HUB International’s sales culture, serving as a central point of contact to support our employee benefits sales and service teams. This dynamic position combines in-depth knowledge of employee benefits strategies with a forward-thinking, service-centric approach and innovative problem-solving to consistently deliver excellence. In this role, you'll join a team committed to growth and innovation, continuously striving to improve with every effort.
Reporting to the Strategic Resource Team Lead, the EB SRM will act as a strategic partner and resource curator, empowering teams to achieve seamless execution of organizational objectives and sustained success.
What You’ll Do
Project Coordination & Strategic Support:
Design and optimize tracking systems for key business processes and stewardship projects, ensuring effective execution via Power Automate while coordinating improvements with the HUB Power Automate team as needed.
Organize and manage industry webinars, including scheduling, coordinating with carriers and presenters developing relevant and engaging content.
Research and implement innovative tools and strategies to enhance project execution and sales enablement.
Effectively manage multiple initiatives at once, pivoting as priorities shift while maintaining focus on long-term objectives.
Training & Sales Enablement:
Drive the evolution of our national internal sales programs by working closely with sales leaders and trainers to develop and execute a dynamic program that empowers the team and enhances performance with content that is cutting-edge and impactful.
Assist with the rollout of industry vertical programs, conducting research and coordinating with Employee Benefits (EB) experts, specialty teams, and regional leaders for successful implementation.
Create compelling proposal and renewal materials that showcase company expertise across various business areas.
Build and refine training and sales enablement materials, such as playbooks, one-pagers, and presentations, to support business growth.
Collaboration & Process Improvement:
Foster a culture of collaboration by ensuring key stakeholders are engaged in projects. Maintain organized and accessible resources, ensuring continuous knowledge transfer within the team.
Identify inefficiencies in existing workflows and recommend improvements to enhance scalability, consistency, and overall team productivity.
Ensure seamless execution of projects by tracking progress, coordinating next steps, and facilitating collaboration across teams.
Create frameworks for measuring and improving team performance.
Monitor market trends, competitive insights, and emerging employee benefits strategies to inform business decisions.
Act as a trusted resource during organizational changes, equipping teams with the tools and guidance they need to adapt effectively.
Data & Insights:
Transform complex data into clear, actionable insights by leveraging expertise in data analysis, visualization, and reporting.
Support sales and leadership with interactive dashboards, reports, and strategic recommendations to drive informed decision-making.

A college diploma or bachelor’s degree preferred.
CEBS designation or Group Benefits Associate (GBA) certification is a strong asset.
2-5 years of relevant experience in employee benefits, sales, communications, or analytics.
Proven experience in data analysis, visualization, and reporting tailored to diverse stakeholders.
Advanced copywriting expertise to create engaging content.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365, Applied EPIC), Power BI, Power Automate/PowerApps, and modern productivity platforms such as Trello or ClickUp is a plus.
Bilingual (English & French) is a strong asset.
