Weatherford Product line Coordinator - Completion in Cairo, Egypt

Job Overview:

The Product Line Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Operations team and clients. This role requires full ownership of the Ordering Management Process to meet contract and customer requirements while ensuring compliance with the company's supply chain processes. The position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver orders on time and handling other product line responsibilities as assigned by the manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement inventory management strategies.

  • Manage inventory control procedures and systems.

  • Conduct regular inventory audits and reconciliation.

  • Coordinate with Operations to ensure inventory needs are met.

  • Analyze inventory data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

  • Work closely with procurement, suppliers, and vendors to manage inventory levels and deliveries.

  • Support the Operations team with administrative tasks as assigned by the manager.

  • Collaborate with Operations and cross-functional teams to achieve organizational objectives and goals.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.

  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

  • Proficient English written and spoken is mandatory.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information effectively.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree is required.

  • 1-3 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, finance, or as a coordinator is preferred.

  • Proficiency or previous experience in JDE, SAD, ERP tools, or other relevant software applications is a plus.
