As a trusted partner to the Australian Government, we lead critical airborne special missions, from border surveillance to life-saving search-and-rescue operations, covering over 10% of the Earth’s surface. Your New Role and Responsibilities

The Mission Systems Technician plays a key role in our success and we currently have an opportunity available for a passionate, driven person who is keen to develop and grow a career with us.

• Control and maintenance of Aeronautical Products and Commercial Off the Shelf mission/role equipment.

• Carry out all maintenance, documentation supervision and applicable certification in compliance with relevant regulations, policy manuals, component maintenance manuals and procedures.

• Assist and provide full co-operation with auditors and investigators during audits and investigations.

• Liaise with Component OEM's, responsible CAMO's, Project teams, Suppliers, Customers and/or Engineering/Logistics staff.

• Comply with company Safety, WHS and Quality policies/procedures.

What You’ll Bring to Make An Impact

• Certificate IV in Aeroskills or relevant trade experience i.e. electronics, electrical and/or telecommunications, trade skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet agreed deadlines

• Good communication skills with the ability to liaise with team members from all levels within the organisation.

• Sound skills in IT maintenance repairs and diagnostics

• Able to travel nationally and internationally when required

This role does require the successful applicant to be an Australian Citizen and be   willing to obtain and hold a Baseline security clearance.
