What we expect: Responsible for the safe operation of production equipment in a manufacturing environment, ensuring specifications are accurate and completion of necessary paperwork. Identifies process improvements that drive increased efficiency, and quality. Must adhere to all safe work practices, immediately report safety and maintenance concerns to appropriate personnel. Meet daily production goals and follow GMP(s)/QCP(s) at all times. Responsible product quality, operate and maintain 6S of key production equipment, autonomous maintenance/adjustments to equipment as necessary. Operate, setup, assemble, and disassemble multiple types of production equipment for processing and packaging. Ensure weights and methods are accurate and all regulatory requirements are met. Train and Instruct other team members how to properly operate equipment. Coordinate with multiple departments. Familiar with manufacturing computer systems for inventory and machine control. May become a certified trainer and provide certified training in one process. May serve as back-up
